Pump Hill Full Renovation, Houzz Gallery

A 30 year old retirement village duplex, updated to a modern more functional home. The kitchen was originally closed in and seperated from the rest of the main floor with walls on 2 sides. Opening it up made it feel much bigger and allowed additional space for a large island. The open concept is much easier to move around in and when there are large gatherings people are not confined to tight spaces.
The entire 3000 sq ft home was remodeled to make better use of the space. The guest room on the main floor was converted to a den and the master bedroom was expanded to achieve a large walk in closet and bigger ensuite bathroom. The lower level was updated with an extended family room and new fireplace.
Much of the clients furniture and art was incorporated from their previous home while at the same time updating all the finishes to reflect their eclectic tastes.
